- Description
- The Contractor shall provide all services, materials, supplies, facilities, supervision, labor, and equipment, necessary to clean grease exhaust systems located in dining facilities. The Contractor shall provide services to include, but is not limited to, management and oversight of the functions necessary to remove accumulated oily sludge, grease, dirt and lint from grease exhaust systems and associated duct work, vents and motors. All exhaust systems shall be maintained to a standard that will prevent deteriation of the grease exhaust systems and eliminate the possibility of a fire hazard.
