- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has fuel and oil requirement. Contractor is to furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, an delivery of 175,000 gallons of ultra low sulfur diesel fuel and 4000 gallons of lube. The solicitation number is W912EQ-09-T-0063 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This procurement is set aside 100% for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 454319 with a size of 500 personnel. This solicitation will be available for download on July 25, 2009. All responsible sources submitting a quotation shall be considered by the agency. Regardless of method of delivery, it is the offerors responsibility to ensure receipt of quotes by the time and date stated herein. Contractors shall submit a lump sum quotation to include all charges.
