The project location is Fort Bliss, Texas, to include but not limited to the Combat Air Brigade (CAB) and the McGregor Range areas. This project will include the purchase and installation of all equipment, materials, and labor necessary for the installation of MDI ICIDS-II (Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System-II) for the arms rooms and sensitive ammunition storage area bunkers, such as COMSEC, SCIF, LOC, BOC rooms, built in the noted areas. There are a total of 25 rooms located in 10 buildings in the area and 21 buildings/bunkers at the McGregor Range. These locations must acquire and use MDI security software to ensure a completely integrated interface with the previously installed security systems at the Battalion Complex Training 1 (BCT1) and the Battalion Complex Training 2 (BCT2), as well as, the CAB Headquarters and Ammunition Ranges across Fort Bliss. This security system must be installed to meet local codes, including, but not limited to, the NFPA, the Standard Building Code and the Life Safety Code.
