- Sole Source. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Memphis, Tennessee, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Memphis Communications Corporation. The work to be done under these specifications consists of furnishing all maintenance for a Maxi-Mailer A1430AA and DF 915 Folder machines for the USACE Finance Center in Millington, Tennessee. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12. Interested persons may identify their interests and capabilities in response to this announcement. If you believe your firm possesses the ability to provide all the above services, response must be received NLT 28 July 2009 @ 1100 local time.
