- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS PROCUREMENT WILL BE A DELIVERY ORDER TO AN EXISTING REQUIREMENT CONTRACT W912CN-09-D-0012. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO THE CURRENT CONTRACT HOLDER Road Builders Corp. This is not a solicitation. The Directorate of Public Works, Hawaii has a requirement to repair structural damage to various Schofield Barracks primary roads Phase (3). It is the intent of the Government to award a Delivery Order on a existing Requirements contract. The delivery order is a Firm Fixed Price Contract.
