Description: The Office of the Special Trustee for American Indians (OST), Office of Appraisal Services, Northwest Regional Office (OAS-NWRO) anticipates the need for future appraisal services in order to provide the Olympic Peninsula Agency, Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), opinions of value to support various real estate transactions, including but not limited to: rights-of-way; exchanges; leases; advertised sales; probates; negotiated sales, etc. The subject properties are located within the Olympic Peninsula agency, in the state of Washington.
