- Amendment 0003 The solicitation's Section L/Submittal Requirements and Section M/Basis of Award will be included in a forthcoming amendment. A "seed project" for Osan, Seoul and/or Daegu will also be included in an upcoming amendment. Offerors will be required to propose on this seed project. Once the IDIQ contract(s) is awarded, the seed project will serve as the 1st task order. The first task order will, thus, satisfy the minimum guarantee provisions of these IDIQ contracts.
