- The Department of Interior, National Park Service has a requirement for two Seacoast, Center Pintle, Barbette Carriages to be delivered to Richmond National Battlefield Park. The intended contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price. The solicitation will be posted to the website http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about July 21, 2009. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed or issued. To receive the solicitation package you must download it from the web site. It is therefore the contractor's responsibility to check the internet site daily for any posted changes to the solicitation. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration system in order to receive contract award. The NAICS code for this requirement is 333299
