Davis-bacon wages apply. performance and Payment bonds are required if proposal exceeds $25K. Performance period id 90 days. Liquidated damages apply. Liability Insurance required. Site visit set for Monday 3 August 2009 at 1000. POC for site visit and technical questions is CPT Ryan Forrest at 716.236.2531.
