Description: RECOVERY--Correction to Presolicitation notice W912P9-09-B-0215. This is a SMALL BUSINESS SET-A-SIDE and NOT an 8(a) Set-A-Side. NOTE - ARRA (American Recovery & Relief Act)'Stimulus' type funds may be utilized in full or in part on the resultant contract award. Project: Facilities Construction Maintenance at Lake Shelbyville, Illinois. Work consists of, but is not limited to the following: Clearing and Grubbing/Debris Disposal, Earthwork, Site Grading, Stone Aggregate Protection Furnish/Deliver/Placement, Site Improvements, Turf Establishment, Playground Area, Trenching & Backfilling, Culverts, Sewer & Water, Winterization/De-winterization of Facilities, Road Boring, Pothole Repair, Concrete, Structural/Building/Fixture Repairs, Signage, Painting, Beach & Sand/Furnish/Delivery/Placement/Maint, Courtesy Docks, Sealant & Caulking. Contract will be awarded as an Indefinite Quantity Fixed Price Delivery Order for a base year plus two (2) Option Years. The estimated magnitude of construction in terms of physical characteristics & est. price range is between $1,000,000.00 & $5,000,000.00 combined total for all three (3) years. This contract MAY receive partial funding under ARRA (American Recovery and Relief Act) Authorization. This Procurement is a Competed Small Business Set-a-Side & is open to Small Business only as specified under the NAICS Code of 238910. Bidders are required to submit three (3) Past Performance History of contracts of a similar scope & complexity performed within the past five (5) consecutive years.
