- Solicitation (09-T-0024) Past Performance Survey The purpose of this modification is to attach the solicitation, as well as the past performance survey, refered to by the presolicitation notice posted on 07 July 2009 which stated that the 316th Contracting Squadron intends to award a firm fixed price, Base year plus four (4) one year Option Periods, contract for Fitness Equipment Preventive Maintenance Services to be performed at the Eagle Health and Fitness Facility, Ft. Meade, Maryland. This is a FISCAL YEAR 2010 requirement and funds are currently unavailable. The solicititation will be solicited pending Availability of Funds IAW FAR 52.232-18 (Apr 1984). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 811490, size standard of $7 million, and will be issued as a 100% Small business set-aside. The solicitation will be issued electronically within ten (10) days of this notice and will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities webpage at http://www.fbo.gov. All prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration in order to be eligible for award. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by completing solicitation posted against this pre-solicitation notice. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of proposals. A determination by the Government to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The purpose of the Government is to conduct a competitive procurement utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) PART 12 and FAR PART 13 procedures. Any responses to this notice of contract action shall be submitted to SSgt. Ryan Battad, ryan.battad@us.af.mil no later than 13 July 2009, 12:00 PM EST.
