- CDRL A001 Amendment 0001 to Solicitation N68335-09-R-0064 Amendment 0001 has been issued against Solicitation N68335-09-R-0064 to provide CDRL A001 which can be found at Section J, Exhibit A. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Special Communication Requirements (SCR) Division, Webster Field Annex intends to procure Transit Cases for multiple programs which the SCR Division supports. The Government intends to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements in accordance with the attached statement of work and solicitation. The agreements will be in effect for a period of 5 years. Performance will take place CONUS. This is a 100 % set aside for small business. The solicitation and statement of work have been posted to the NAVAIR homepage located at http:// www.navair.navy.mil (Select “Business” then “Doing Business With Us” and “Open Solicitations”). Hard copies of the BPA solicitation and amendments will NOT be mailed to the contractors. ALL INTERESTED PARTIES SHALL FILL OUT THE ATTACHED SOLICITATION AND PROVIDE THE REQUIRED PROPOSALS. PROPOSALS ARE DUE BY 2:00 P.M. EASTERN ON 10 AUGUST 2009. To be eligible to receive an agreement with the Federal Government, interested parties must register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) online at www.ccr.gov.
