- This synopsis is issued for a TRAILER LIFT, GROUND, NSN: 1730-00-734-0712RN, P/N: 3401207-1. This item is used for transportation, removal and maintenance of the gas turbine compressor for transportation. Drawings are available. DIMENSION: Height 71'', Width 48'', Depth 48'' MATERIAL: Aluminum Alloy QUANTITY: BASIC YEAR: 1 FIRST ARTICLE (CONTRACTOR TESTING WITH DATA REQUIRED and PRODUCTION QUANTITY FOR 2 EACH). This will also contain three out year option periods for 1-2 each year. A First Article (FA) is required with contractor inspection, FA test plan and report. Place of delivery for FA Robins AFB, GA. Place of delivery for productions items: MC 130W Program 402 South Torch Blvd Bldg 125 Cannon AFB, NM 88103. DEL: 180 days for FA and 180 days for production items after First Article Approval. Place of performance: Contractors facility. Drawings will be made available on line when the RFP is posted. The approximate RFP issue date will be 6 Aug 2009 with the approximate response date of 7 Sept 2009 @ 4pm EST. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation at www.fedbizopps.gov only. NO TELEPHONIC REQUEST. NO QUESTIONS WILL BE ANSWERED BY PHONE. THEY MUST ALL BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor will be acceptable. The technical data required to respond to the RFP may be obtained at the FEDBIZOPPS website. All vendors are required to register via FEDBIZOPPS for an account in order to access the technical data. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any. Written procedures will be used. This procurement will use the Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) In Past Performance Evaluation Program in the evaluation of past performance. Offerors are encouraged to verify accuracy of their data. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. This is a small business set-aside.
