- The above referenced solicitation is amended as follows: 1. EVALUATION FACTORS is changed to read: The contract type for this procurement will be Firm-Fixed price and award will be made on the basis of best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. Selection will be based on the following evaluation factors in order of importance: (1) quality of item being offered and offerors capability of meeting the Government requirement; (2) past performance, caliber of offerors performance on previous contracts of a similar nature; (3) delivery of items (delivery date/lead time); and (4) total cost and/or price to include shipping and handling. 2. No other changes at this time.
