Description
FOR MORE INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT Kenneth Shedlock, Project Manager/Engineer, (732)532-5549 DESC This is a market survey to determine potential sources of supply for a Delta-Wye Transformer. This transformer is used in the Maintenance Repair Shelter, AN/ASM-146( ). It converts the wye-type primary power input, generated by the external 400Hz power source (generator), to delta-type 3-phase power. The transformer is 8 INCH X 10 INCH X 6 INCH. The delta connection output terminals are mounted in the front panel with a wye input power plug. The technical data package for this kit is specified/described via fully-detailed drawings. Input voltage between each winding (Y side) and ground shall be 120volts, 400Hz. Input voltage between any two phases (Y side) shall be 208volts 400Hz. Each of the 3-phase windings, both output and input sides, shall be capable of carrying a minimum of 6 amperes of current continuously. Output voltage across all phase windings (delta side) shall be 120volts, 400Hz. The transformer shall meet underwriters laboratory qualifications for 3-phase transformers or alternately the requirements of MIL-T-27. This acquisition is a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with 4 option years. Range quantities for each year are from a minimum of 5ea to a maximum of 275ea. CECOM will be reviewing this acquisition to determine if it is suitable for Full and Open Competition and/or Small Business Set-Aside consideration. If you are interested in participating in this acquisition, please indicate your size status, Large or Small Business. If Small Business, please indicate the appropriate categories of Small Business that apply to your firm, i.e., Small Disadvantaged 8(a), woman Owned, HUBZone, or Service Disabled Veteran-Owned. The interested vendor shall provide the CECOM POC below with the above requested data, Company name, CAGE, address, company representative, tel/fax #, and applicable email address. CECOM POC is Ken Shedlock, (732)532-5549, FAX (732)532-3294. Email address: kenneth.shedlock@us.army.mil
