- Solicitation N00421-09-T-0139 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This action is set aside for small business. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Hi-Test Laboratories, Inc. for the following products listed below, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The manufacturer must be Hi-Test Laboratories. The Government will award all or none. The contract line item number and description is **CLIN 0001 Quantity 1 ea Heavy Weight Shock Testing of the OD-220/TPX-42A(V) FC3 console; CLIN 0002 Quantity 1 ea Standard Video Recording and CLIN 0003 Quantity 1 ea High Speed Digital Photography. Award is expected 29 Jul 2009. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 28 Jul 2009 will be considered by the Government for future procurements. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
