- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W91LV209b0021. The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, material, equipment, incidental and services required to repair a roof at Bldg 641, Fort Devens, MA. The period of performance is 270 days from notice to proceed. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 238160, 1761 and $14.0 Million respectively. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This is a competitive HUBzone procurement set aside for eligible HUBzone small business firms. Only one award will be made. Businesses are required to request a solicitation package in writing. Requests may be mailed to M&ICC Directorate of Contracting-Dix, Devens Field Office, 30 Quebec Street, Unit 34, Devens, MA 01434-4479, or faxed to Diane Fillebrown at 978-796-2194 or emailed to diane.fillebrown@us.army.mil No telephone requests will be accepted. Requests being sent via mail must contain a verifiable return address or they will not be opened. All requests should include the solicitation number, your companys name and address, a point of contact, telephone number, facsimile number, business size and email address if available, Taxpayer Identification number, Cage Code and DUNS number. The solicitation package will be available via the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi on or about 3 August 2009.
