- Performance Work Statement The Operational Contracting Office (75CONS/PKA) at Hill AFB Utah, intends to negotiate a sole-source contract using Streamlined Procedures for Commercial Items. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation a written solicitation will not be issued. CLIN 0001 12 month Maintenance of Siemens Telephone System in accordanc with the attached Performance work statement with option to extend 4 additional years. Any interested party should contact the POC named for further information prior to response date expiring.
