Description
The U.S. Army CECOM Contracting Center Washington, Army Contracting Command intends to award a purchase order on a firm fixed price basis to purchase a quantity of twelve (12) each converted conexes. The requirements are as follows: Size 20 long 8 wide 8 high ceiling Interior Finish Vinyl Floors Electrical 125 amp breaker panel with 2 extra spaces for future use Minimum 3 ea. 36 Fluorescent Ceiling Lights Ext. Junction Box Phone and Data 120/240 volt single phase Windows/Doors Security Bars Screened Horizontal Sliders Mini Blinds Steel Exterior Doors with 3 Point Locking System Hydraulic Door Closures Heating and Cooling Extra Large HVFAC 18K BTU Exterior Finish 16 Gauge Steel Siding Drip-rail Gutter over Door All wiring shall be in accordance with National NFPA 70 National Electrical Code (NEC) 2008. All responsible sources that provide supporting data to demonstrate they can successfully provide the required items may submit a quote to be considered. All responses shall be received via e-mail within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this notice. The anticipated award date is fifteen (15) days from the closing date of this notice. Delivery shall be FOB Origin within 60 days from date of award. Delivery: A quantity of eight (8) each to Bagram, Afghanistan and four (4) each to Balad, Iraq. Award will be made IAW Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All offerors must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and DFARS 252.204-7004. In addition, all offerors must complete the Certifications and Representations as set forth in FAR 52.212-3. This can be accomplished through the following website: https:/orca.bpn.gov. All requests for information must be made in writing or e-mailed to Susie Shupe, Procurement Technician, at susie.shupe@us.army.mil or Michelle Hodges, Contracting Officer at michelle.hodges@us.army.mil This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
