- RECOVERY - Rationale for a contract action that is not both, fixed price and competively awarded, as required by FAR Subpart 5.7 - Publicizing requirements under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Type of contract actions: USDOJ/OJP Delivery Order 2008F_08142 to increase hours to support increased services. This delivery order was competitively awarded in September 2008 under the auspices of GSA FSS 70 - Information Technology Services. OJP/OAAM anticipates an overall increase in the GMS user volume as a direct result of ARRA which is estimated to double the capacity of FY2008. Master Key Resources, Inc. will provide Tier 2 GMS support for all of OJP which includes, but not limited to, assistance for GMS users as ascalated from the OJP Helpdesk, answering internal GMS questions, and managing the Document Change Request (DCR) process. This modification is within the scope of the contract. Funding in the amount of $177,268.00 is provided to support these requirements through September 30, 2009.
