- This is a special notice to inform the public of the use of the Recovery Act funds. RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACT #W9126G-09-C-0021, APAC-Texas, Inc. The Contract Specialist for this action will be DeYon Francis (817) 886-1046; or by e-mail at deyon.a.francis@usace.army.mil. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, transportation, equipment, and materials necessary to perform road construction and repair services at Sam Rayburn Project Office (Jasper County), Jasper, Texas. Section 00700 Contract Clauses bonding requirements and in accordance with the stated CLIN quantities of the modification specified under each Specification, and all other terms and conditions of the above referenced contract for the Piney Woods Regional Office and Lake of the Pines, Jefferson, Texas.
