- The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential bidders for a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to provide for upgrading and existing Building Automation System (BAS) at the Winnebago Indian Health Service Hospital in Winnebago, Nebraska. The unit price is an all inclusive cost which is to include travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, federal, state, and local taxes. Request for the RFQ package shall be in writing either by email or telefax and it will be made available approximately fifteen (15) days AFTER the date of this publication which will be August 6, 2009. The closing date of this RFQ is August 21, 2009.
