- RFQ SOW for Ship Support The National Data Buoy Center, located at Stennis Space Center, MS, is in need of ship transport to and from NDBC Buoy Station 42007 (22 nm south of Biloxi, MS) for five people including ADCP's and equipment. Lift 3-meter discus buoy on deck for approximate 4-hour modification, re-deploy buoy, lower two ADCP sleds to the bottom, near the buoy. See Statement of Work and RFQ, attached.
