- NASA/GRC has a requirement for continuation of a calibration service agreementbetween NASA Glenn Research Center and Fluke Corporation.NASA/GRC intends to have Fluke provide this maintenance as they are the originalmanufacturer of the instrumentation requiring calibration.This procurement is to be conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP).Interested organizations must be ISO17025 accredited. Interested organizations may submittheir capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identifiedpoint of contact no later than 4:30 p.m. local time on 7/30/2009. Such capabilities willbe evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct thisprocurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to competethis proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to thisnotice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.Oral communications are NOT acceptable in response to this notice.All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.An Ombudsman has been appointed.
