- This solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about July 29, 2009. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Description: Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources. Materials for repaving trail in Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, Hawaii, Soliciation Number Q8304090646. The National Park Service requires a firm, fixed-price contract to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and expertise to perform all operations required for successful completion of the project named above. Work consists of delivery of asphalt, tack coat oil and 3/4" base coarse. The NAICS code for this project is 324121 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the price range for this contract is between $25,00 and $100,000. This procurement is a Request for Quotations (RFP) and is subject to the provisions of Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Responses are due in 21 days.
