- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912KZ-09-T-0009 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside under NAICS code 334511 and the small business size standard is 750. The contractor shall provide the following item: TC-21 Military Altimeter Test Chamber designed to test up to 10 military altimeters over a complete range of altitudes, regardless of ambient altitude significantly over zero MSL, 110V or equal. The provision at 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at, 52.204-8, Annual Representations and Certification and submit with its offer.
