- RECOVERY - Richfield Sevier River Pipelines - LXHAB1840000 is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. See posting at www.fedconnect.net for solicitation. Contractor to provide and delivery supplies specified to Richfield Field Office in Richfield, UT. This procurement is being funded via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The Awardee will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act which requires each contractor to report on its use of Recovery Act funds under the awarded contract. These reports will be made available to the public.
