- THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRSMAY REQUIRE A BUILD TO SUIT LEASE WITHIN THE CITY OF DUBOIS The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease sufficient rental square footage to yield 9,900 rentable square feet to yield no less than 9,000 usable square feet within the city limits of Dubois, Pennsylvania, for use as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic. All space must be located on the first floor of the building and must meet all Government requirements for fire safety and handicapped accessibility. Space shall be provided through a Build to Lease for a new building and space for the Department of Veterans Affairs Community Based Outpatient Clinic. On-site parking for a minimum of 60 vehicles is required. A lease for a base period of five years with an additional five one year option periods for a total of 10 years will be considered. Space within the established boundaries of the City of Dubois, Pennsylvania will only be considered. NORTH: McClure Street into Prospect Avenue to Lakeside Avenue, Prospect Avenue to Lakeview Drive, Lakeview Drive to Sheridan Avenue, Sheridan Avenue to Green Glen Drive, Green Glen Drive to Orient Avenue, Orient Avenue to East Dubois Avenue, East Dubois Avenue to McCracken Run Road, East Dubois Avenue to Shaffer Road EAST: From Shaffer Rd and Eastern Avenue to Eastern Avenue and 12th Street, 12th Street to Maple Avenue, Maple Avenue to 10th Street, 10th Street to Walnut Avenue, and Walnut Avenue to South 3rd Street. SOUTH: From South 3rd Street into Hillcrest Drive to South Highland Street, South Highland Street to Tozier Avenue, Tozier Avenue to Marshall Street, Marshall Street to East Maloney Road, and East Maloney Road to Dixon Avenue. WEST: Dixon Avenue to Prospect Street, Prospect Street to Hospital Avenue, Hospital Avenue to Tower Lane and Hospital Avenue to Brown Street, Brown Street to Patterson Avenue, Patterson Avenue to 1st Street, 1st Street to Reed Street, Reed Street to Quarry Avenue, Quarry Avenue into Dubois Street to West Dubois Avenue, West Dubois Avenue to Mahoning Street, and Mahoning Street to McClure Street.
