- IFB-AG-94TZ-S-09-0076 Crescent Moon Ranch Well Drilling Construction Project THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION HEREIN, NO OTHER INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILABLE UNTIL THE SOLCITATION IS POSTED ON OR ABOUT THE DATE IN THIS NOTICE. Notice of Unrestricted Procurement under the Competitive Demonstration Program This project consists of providing all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, accessories and incidentals to develop and drill a new potable water well and install new pump controls. The project area is located on the Coconino National Forest, Red Rock Ranger District, Crescent Moon Ranch Recreational Area in West Sedona, AZ. Contract time is 60 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Solicitation will be issued on or about August 5, 2009. There will be a prebid walk thru on August 20, 2009. Contractors should meet at the project site at 10:00 a.m. local time. Directions to the site are, proceed to the west end of Sedona on Hwy 89-A and turn South on Upper Red Rock Loop Rd, go about 1.5 miles down the hill and turn Left on Chavez Ranch Rd, go 1/4 mile to the intersection with Red Rock Crossing Rd and veer to the Left to stay on Chavez Ranch Rd which becomes a gravel road, go 3/4 mile until you crest the hill and continue straight until come to a gate, continue 1/4 mile through the gate until you reach the project site at the bottom of the hill. Call Shannon Clark at 928-606-5142 if further directions are needed. Bids are due September 3, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. local time. A bid bond, performance and payment bonds are required. Price range is estimated between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. NAICS Code 237110 applies. Small Business Size Standard is $31.0 million. Project is unrestricted under the Competitive Demonstration Program.
