- This is amendment No. 1 to Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Q8485090042.The purpose of this modification is for clarification of the Scope of Work and to extend the closing date for receipt of quotes. The selected contractor is responsible to select, provide and install pre-cast concrete footings commensurate with the bridge design. There are no detailed specifications or drawings available from the government. The coordinates for the bridge are 41.318 N and 123.993 W. The response date is extended to August 19, 2009. Quotes must be received by 3:00 p.m local time (PDT)All other conditions of the original Combined Synopsis/Solicitation remain unchanged.
