- Statement of Work This Sources Sought Notice (SS) is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Government. The purpose of this SS is to identify qualified potential contractors capable of performing the work described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) onboard the USS EMORY S. LAND (AS-39). The qualified contractor must provide an OEM field service representative to accomplish repairs on 3 HPAC Compressors AT THE OEM FACILITY USING OEM RECOMMENDED LLTM PARTS. The identified OEM is Dresser Rand. Period of Performance is tentatively scheduled for 1 August 2009 through October 31, 2009, for the LLTM of parts and October 1, 2009 through 3 January, 2010 to accomplish repairs. Place of Performance is Government Pier, Naval Station Bremerton, Bremerton, WA. This notice is not a request for quote and the information presented in this announcement will not obligate the Government in any manner. Interested parties should include the following information in their response: a. Business Name, address, Cage code and size b. Certification as an OEM representative of Dresser Rand parts and repairs All interested parties should respond to this notice, by e-mail to Melanie.barrett@navy.mil or Mari.kane@navy.mil no later than 30 July 2009.
