Description
The purpose of this Amendment is to delete the following sentence from Paragraph #5 of the original combined /synopsis solicitation announcement. In addition post the answers to the questions that were asked. "If any are feasible,the program evaluation entails an evaluation of the Program performance and may result in recommended changes." Question - 1. Please elaborate on the meaning of the following somewhat opaque sentence from paragraph five of the Synopsis: "If any are feasible, the program evaluation entails an evaluation of the Program performance and may result in recommended changes." Answer: as per this amendment to the solicitation this sentence is removed from the solicitation. Question - 2. RMA recently instituted a pilot program for Apiculture after several years of research and development. Is there a study (or studies) coming out of that work that reviewed insurance approaches that RMA can make available to bidders? Answer: The data from the prior study we will made available to whomever receives the award Question - 3. Has this project been awarded before? What was the previous award? Answer: No Question - 4. If not, is there a budget for this project? What is it? Answer: It is not a question that is allowed to be answered Question - 5. The scope of this project can be very broad or it can be narrowed depending on the expectations. (a)Should we propose something in a certain budget range? (b)Or should we propose various programs with various depths at various pricing? Answer: 5(a) - See answer to question# 4. Answer 5(b) You will need to read the Solicitation in its entirety with applicable statement of work and the time frame this requirement is to be accomplished by. Then you can propose based on your understanding of the requirement.
