- ITEM 0001: NSN: 4940-01-565-1494RN, Part Number 740AJ, ServicingPlatform is capable of reaching all external surfaces on any aircraftmanufactured today, even the 747 and military C5B. Requirement is forsix (6) each. Materials: SteelDELIVERY - ITEM 0001: Place of deliveries for quantities are FE4427,FE5575, FE5612, FE5685, and FE6322; they are due 150 days ARO Contract. Drawings are not available.The approximate RFQ issue date will be 29 Jul 2009; proposals are due 13Aug 2009. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation atwww.fedbizopps.gov only. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED and nohard copies will be mailed out.Offerors shall prepare their quotes in accordance with mandatory,explicit, and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. TheGovernment will evaluate past performance utilizing the Past PerformanceInformation Retrieval System (PPIRS). Quotes will be evaluated andaward made in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFQ.OFFERORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW RATINGS IN PPIRS FOR ACCURACYAS SOON AS POSSIBLE.This requirement is other than full and open competition in accordancewith FAR 6.302-1 only one or a limited number of responsible sources,and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
