- This requirement is being set aside for Small businesses only. The USACE Jacksonville district has a requirement for 1 (one) vessel and/or wreck removal from Florida waterway in Duval County. The length of the vessel is approximately 40 feet long. An investigation of the site is recommended; see attached photos. All questions on this project are due in writing, via email or fax, on or before 24 July 2009 in order to allow sufficient response time to all interested Contractors. See attached solicitation W912EP-09-R-0042 for scope of work and bid schedule. Final proposals are due 29 July 2009 by 2:00 p.m. eastern time, unless a prior notice is posted that extends the due date. Proposals may be submitted via email to Lakia.L.Johnson@usace.army.mil or faxed to 904-232-2748.
