- RFQ-TGT-09-0007-0001 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. RFQ-TGT-09-0007 is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-34. This action is 100% Small Business set-a-side. The NAICS is 813920. The small business size standard is $7.0 Million.
