Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-33. This solicitation, F1N2E19114AQ03, is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 325120 and the small business size standard is 1000 employees. This opportunity is advertised as 100% small business set-aside, non-personal service to provide the following: All labor, tools, parts, materials, facilities and transportation neccessay to provide Aviator Breathing Oxygen, Nitrogen, and other Gases to Columbus AFB, MS for the base year period 1 Oct 09 through 30 Sep 10 and two subsequent option years IAW the applicable Statement of Work. A Statement of Work needed to quote on the above stated is attached. Specifically cited are the following CLINs: 0001: 6830008089530 Aviators Breathing Oxygen, High pressure - Quantity: 450, Unit of issue: CY 0002: 6830008089530 Emergency delivery of Aviators Breathing Oxygen, High pressure - Quantity: 5, Unit of issue CY 0003: 6830001690805 Industrial Oxygen - Quantity: 6, Unit of issue: CY 0004: 6830006169183 Nitrogen - Quantity: 480, Unit of issue: CY 0005: 6830006169183 Emergency delivery of Nitrogen - Quantity: 10, Unit of issue: CY 0006: 6830009737274 Aragon - Quanitity: 55, Unit of issue: CY *NOTE* Please reference attached "Industrial Gases RFQ" for a clearer list of requirements and use this document to submit quotes. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 and 252.232-7009. CCR can be accessed at http://www.ccr.gov/ or by calling 1-888-227-2423. The CCR registration must be completed before award can be made. All offers should be faxed to (662) 434-7753 or e-mailed (preferred) to the attention of Eric Gonzalez, Contracts Administrator. Oral quotes will not be accepted. The due date for receipt of all quotes is 30 Jul 09 by 1600. CDT. Any questions should be submitted in writing to the POC NLT 30 Jul 09 at 1600. CDT. Answers will be posted to FBO before the due date for receipt of quotes; however, the due date for receipt of quotes shall not be extended because of late questions. Award will be based on the best value to the Government in terms of both price and technical acceptability. An offer is considered technically acceptable if it contains no exceptions to the attached Statement of Work. This is an FY10 requirement, and award will be contingent upon availability of funds.
