- REMINDER A Pre-proposal/Small Business Outreach Conference will be held on Thursday July 23, 2009 at 1:30pm PDT at the location indicated below: Schwartz Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse 880 Front Street, 1st Floor Jury Assembly Room San Diego, CA There may have been some confusion regarding the start time that was stated in the documents. The documents indicated 2pm however circumstances have changed with regards to the venue of the meeting. Therefore to clarify the meeting will begin at 1:30pm at the same location.
