Draft JNWC II Award Fee Plan The revised DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) and DRAFT AWARD FEE PLAN for the Joint Navigation Warfare Center II is attached. The revised draft RFP includes the Award Fee Plan and FAR clause 52.204-8 Annual Representations and Certifications expanded in full text. The primary purpose of this posting is to provide potential offerors the opportunity to review the draft documents and determine whether their company will participate in the acquisition. To provide industry an opportunity to submit questions and comments. Should this posting generate questions, SUBMIT ALL QUESTIONS BY E-MAIL to both Ms. Cynthia Waller, cynthia.waller@offutt.af.mil and Mr. Patrick Foster, patrick.foster@offutt.af.mil. Responses will not be provided on an individual basis. The Contracting Officer will determine those questions meriting a response. If needed, questions and answers will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website so that all offerors will be provided the same information at the same time.
