- THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, cleaning supplies and/or chemicals and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at the VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic located at 11 Independence Drive, Spring City, PA 19475. The custodial services shall be done in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. BASIC CLEANING SERVICES. The Contractor shall furnish all cleaning task to meet the requirements of this SOW and the Service Delivery Summary (SDS).
