- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W91151-09-R-0003. This notice is amended to change the set-aside from Small Business to HUB-Zone. The proposed contract action is for providing personnel management, and any other items and services, not Government furnished, necessary to perform the installation custodial service in accordance with the terms and conditions indicated in the solicitation at Fort Hood, Texas. This acquisition will be conducted as an Acquisition of Commercial Items/Services in accordance with FAR Part 12 in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation evaluation and award under FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation. This procurement is set-aside for Certified SB HUBZone firms. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price contract with a base year beginning 1 Dec 2009 through 30 Nov 2010, with four one-year option periods. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561720 Janitorial services and the Small Business Size Standard is $16.5M. The solicitation will be issued/posted electronically and available for viewing at the following web site: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The solicitation W91151-09-R-0003 issue date is anticipated to be on or about 20 August 2009 with a tentative closing date 21 September 2009.
