- Description
- The Government intends to issue a sole source contract for a pre-proposal system evaluation survey of wastewater collection systems for the Tennessee Air National Guard Base (ANGB) located at McGhee-Tyson Airbase, to the City of Alcoa. This will be accomplished as a prerequisite to the privatization of the wastewater collection system. The City of Alcoa (Contractor) will assume ownership of the above-mentioned utility systems and will be required to provide expansions to the systems to meet future needs of the government. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source.
