- Description
- The subject requirement is for the acquisition of integrated supply chain management and logistics support of expendable replenishment parts and industrial hardware (i.e. bench stock, consumable spare parts, and industrial hardware) to customers involved in maintenance, repair and overhaul operations at the Anniston Army Depot (ANAD) and Red River Army Depot (RRAD). The Defense Supply Center, Columbus (DSCC) intends to solicit for contractor support of Industrial Product-Support Vendor (IPV) Program Generation II (GEN II) in support of ANAD located in Anniston, Alabama, RRAD located in Texarkana, Texas, and customer direct support to customers worldwide to meet Time Definite Delivery (TDD) requirements. Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with Section M of the solicitation. DSCC will solicit for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract for a 4 year base period and 2 (2 year) option periods for a total duration of 8 years. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 332722 with a size standard of 500 employees. The solicitation shall be issued as unrestricted utilizing Full and Open Competition. All responsible business concerns may submit an offer. DSCC will utilize FAR part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items). The solicitation number is SPM7LX09R0090. The solicitation will be available on or about 27 July 2009 at website: https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp. The closing date of the solicitation will be 45 calendar days after the solicitation opens. Hard copies of the solicitation are not available and drawings for the applicable items will be made available in C-Folders. FOB Destination is required for all priced items. Inspection and acceptance will be noted on the Schedule of Supplies. Interested vendors will be required to submit price and technical proposals.
