- Solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted full and open competitive acquisition with an evaluation preference for Hub-Zone small business concerns for various Polymeric Traypack Bakery Ration Items. These traypack items are an integral component of the Unitized Group Ration Heat & Serve and Unitized Group Ration Express Programs, supporting the Military Services. This solicitation will result in Long Term Indefinite Quantity Contract(s) for a 12-month base year plus two (2), two year option periods, total of 5 years. Min/Max quantities for the base year are 56,838/568,378; Option 1(total 2 years) Min 113,675/Max 1,136,756 and Option 2(total 2 years) Min 113,675/Max 1,136,756. The Trade-Off Method of Best Value Source Selection will be utilized in this acquisition, with technical factors being considered along with pricing factors to determine successful awardee(s). All products will be delivered to Tracy Defense Depot, CA.
