- The work will consist of dredging the entire Bayport Channel to project depth from the Flare to the Turning Basin. Options have been added to dredge to advanced maintenance depths. All material will be placed in Placement Area 14. There is 1,072,000 cubic yards of material in the base bid and 424,000 cubic yard in the Options. Estimated completion time is 120 calendar days. Solicitation issue date is 6 August 2009. Response date is 08 September 2009 @ 2:00 PM. The estimated cost range for this project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 237990. The Small Business Size Standard is $20 million and will be advertised as an Unrestricted Procurement.
