- The response date referenced above is an estimate. The solicitation will be issued on or bout 14 August 2009. Copies will be available approximately 21 days after this notice is posted on this website and in The Commerce Business Daily on or about the issue date. The DSCC website URL is https://www.dibbs.dla.mil/rfp. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. Nomenclature: NSN 4810-01-239-0972, Valve Solenoid, Marotta Controls, Inc. (99657) P/N 283679-9003. FOB at Destination, Inspection and Acceptacnce at Destination. Required delivery 42 each within 70 days after the date of the contract with any balance to be delivered at the rate fo 25 each every 30 days thereafter, various quantities from 10 through 124 each. Adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency. Alternate oferors must provide a complete data package to include data for the approved part and the alternate part.
