- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W31P4Q-09-R-0286. This requirement is sole source to Lockheed Martin Services, 700 N Frederick Ave, Gaithersburg, MD 20879-3328. The US Contracting Command has a requirement to continue engineering and logistics support necessary to correct deficiencies within the PATRIOT GETS program that would adversely affect field use or the maintainability of the fielded Test Program Sets (TPS) or GETS-1000 automatic test equipment. It is estimated that 280,600 man-hours (4,600 Basic and 276,000 option) of engineering and logistic support will be required for a period of 48 months. 1 Oct 09 through 30 Sep 13. This is continuing support for engineering and logistics support to include PATRIOT System Engineering Change Proposal (EPC) impact evaluations, modifications of TPSs, automation of TPS maintenance and configuration management, test station failure analysis, training, and development and installation of modification kits. This action will be funded with Missile Procurement Appropriation (MIPA) funds Foreign Military Sales (FMS) funds. It is expected that this will be a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee Contract.
