- RECOVERY--The United States Army Corps of Engineers has a need for a contract for painting of the interior walls at the Clinton Lake Hickory/Walnut Parks Shower Building, located near Lawrence, KS. All previously painted wall space and miscellaneous piping shall be MEDIA BLASTED, prepared, and painted. The contractor will furnish all supplies, labor, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The contractor MUST have prior experience in commercial painting and paint products. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238320, Painting and Wall Covering Contractors, and the Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1721. The Small Business size standard is $14.0 million. This solicitation is restricted 100% for small business. Proposals will be accepted from all interested, responsible, and responsive parties.
