- The purpose of this web-posting is to give advance notice of a pending Request for Quotes for the subject project. This web-posting currently includes a brief summary of the project's Scope of Work. The FAA point-of-contact listed above will post a complete project package to this website within a few days, which will include a detailed Scope of Work, contract clauses, and requirements for submitting a quote. - Davis Bacon Act wage rates apply. - Estimated value: Between $15,000 - $20,000. SCOPE OF WORK SUMMARY. Repair access roads at the Tatoosh VOR (Very High Frequency Omnidirectional Range) and Makah ARSR (Air Route Surveillance Radar) near Neah Bay, WA. The project will restore the roads to fully operable condition and include heavy equipment work to groom drainage ditches, reset culverts and transport gravel to the job site.
