- This action has been awarded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of2009. In compliance with this Act, the Government posts this notice that calls 12, 13,and 14 were placed under Blanket Purchase Agreement NNJ09JB70Z to procure administrativesupport services for the Office of Procurement in support of the placement andadministration of construction contracts funded by the Recovery Act. Administrativesupport services include data maintenance, analysis, and report integration;configuration management of documents; invoice processing; payroll verification; andcontract administration. &lt;P&gt;NNJ09JB70Z is a fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement that was awarded on anon-competitive basis to 4W Solutions in accordance with the Business Development Programoperated by the Small Business Administration pursuant to section 8(a) of the SmallBusiness Act and as encompassed by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.8, Contractingwith the Small Business Administration (The 8(a) Program). The services performed undercall orders 12, 13, and 14 are within scope of the work provided for under this BlanketPurchase Agreement. &lt;P&gt;Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
