- RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This procurement is a task order to an existing IDIQ contract under Contract GS-05P-09-GB-D-0012 for architectural and engineering design services to support and implement the results of a retro-commisioning study at the U.S. Courthouse, 5400 Federal Plaza, Hammond, IN. Work awarded under this task order will be to create scopes of work for building system improvements based on the findings of the retro-commissioning study being funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This opportunity is only available to the current contract holder. This is not a request for quotations. The task order is being made against STL Architects, Inc.'s pre-priced IDIQ Contract. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code of 541310, Product Supply Code (PSC) of C211.
